Travel and mileage

  1. Go to Settings → Travel Settings.
  2. Enter your base of operations — where trucks leave from.
  3. Set the free radius (miles with no charge) and the rate beyond the radius per mile.
  4. Use Test It with any address to see the real driving distance and fee.

Distances are actual driving routes, not straight lines. On each estimate the driving distance fills in from the customer's address; the estimator can type over it or turn travel off. In a service plan, travel is charged on every visit.
