Service minimum
Set the least you'll charge for any visit, no matter what's being done.
- Open a rate set and find Service Minimum.
- Enter the Minimum per visit (for example $200).
- Choose how a smaller job shows:
- Separate "minimum charge" line — the lines stay as priced, plus a line for the difference ($140 of work + $60 minimum charge).
- Spread evenly across the lines — every line goes up by the same percentage until they total the minimum.
The minimum is checked against the whole visit: services, extra charges and travel. In a service plan, each visit has to meet the minimum on its own.
