Emails when a customer answers
When a customer accepts or declines a proposal through the accept link, Preflight emails:
- the estimator who sent it, and
- everyone in Settings → Company Profile → Customer Answer Emails (separate addresses with commas).
The email says who answered, the total, whether they took the maintenance plan, how they plan to pay and any note. Accepted jobs also get a crew job sheet right away.
Not getting them?
Preflight sends these emails for you. Check that the addresses in Customer Answer Emails are typed right, then look in spam. Still nothing? Contact Preflight support.
The Estimates tab always shows answers under Customer Answers.
