Switching companies
One Preflight Cleaning Pro sign-in can be part of several companies: an owner with two locations, or a franchise group.
Switch
- Office web page: click the company name with the ▾ at the top left. It lists:
- your companies;
- companies that share reports with you, marked Reports;
- All companies, when there are two or more.
- App: Settings → the company name under your name.
Pick one and the page or app reloads into that company: its customers, schedule, rates and team. Preflight checks that you're still a member before it switches.
Companies that share reports with you open on their reports only. You're not on their team.
Join another team or start another company
From the same list:
- Join a company that invited your email;
- Start Another Company to become the owner of a new one.
You stay in every company you're already part of. If you're ever removed from one, Preflight opens another company you're still in.
