Setup
App Lock and Face ID
The app stores door codes, lock box codes and customer details. App Lock asks for Face ID (or Touch ID, or your phone's passcode) when you open the app, so a lost or borrowed phone doesn't expose them. You stay signed in — no password typing.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings and tap your name at the top (Account).
- Under App Lock, turn on Require Face ID.
- Choose Lock: Immediately, after 1, 5 (the default), 15 minutes, or 1 hour in the background.
Hide in App Switcher
Off by default. When it's on, the app's screen is covered when you swipe between apps. Leave it off if you often glance at a door code while switching to another app.
