Setup

Start here: setup checklist

Preflight Cleaning Pro measures buildings, prices the work, and sends proposals your customers can accept online. Setting it up well once means every estimate after that is fast and consistent.

Do these in order. Each step links to its own article.

Your company

  1. Create your company account. See Create your company account.
  2. Turn on App Lock so customer entry codes stay private. See App Lock and Face ID.
  3. Add your logo, contact details, and terms. They print on every proposal. See Company profile and logo.

What you sell and what you charge

  1. Choose your services. Turn off anything you don't do. See Services offered.
  2. Enter your rates. Start with your Standard rate sets, then any contract rates. See Rate sets, Square-foot pricing: bands or tiers, Service minimum, Stairs pricing, Upholstery pricing, and Add-ons and extra charges.
  3. Set travel fees. See Travel and mileage.
  4. Write your proposal wording — what you do for each service, how customers should prepare, and what isn't included. See Proposal wording.

Connections and tools

  1. Connect QuickBooks Online (optional). See Connect QuickBooks Online.
  2. Pair your laser measures (optional). See Bluetooth laser measures.
  3. Set up lead sources — how customers find you. See Lead sources.

Your team

  1. Invite your estimators and techs and give each the right role. See Invite your team and choose roles.
