Price sheets to print or export
Every rate set can become a price sheet: what a job of each size costs for each service, plus every rate in one list. Print it for the office, or load it into a billing or invoicing system.
Make one
- Settings → a rate set → Price Sheet — Print or Export.
- Pick the sizes: From, To and Every (for example 250 to 10,000 sq ft every 250).
- Include the visit minimum: small jobs show the minimum, not less.
- Quote range: adds Low and High columns: the size give or take a percent (from Company Profile → Phone Quotes), rounded to $5.
- Tap PDF, Excel or CSV, then save to Files, email it, AirDrop it or print.
What's in each file
| File | What you get |
|---|---|
| A table for each service (sq ft, price, average per sq ft, quote range), then the rate list. | |
| Excel (.xlsx) | Three tabs: Price by Size, Rate List, Notes. |
| CSV | Two files: price by size, and the rate list (category, item, unit, rate, note) for importing. |
Only services you offer (Settings → Services Offered) are included. Each service is priced on its own; a job with several services adds them up, and extra charges, travel and upholstery come on top.
Check Pricing Math
At the bottom of the Price Sheet screen, Check Pricing Math prices a set of sample jobs (bands, tiers, minimums, wide stairs, upholstery, extra charges, travel) and compares them with the office web page's answers. Every line should match to the cent. If one doesn't, tell support before quoting from the web page.
