Services offered
Many companies only do encapsulation, or only hot-water extraction, or skip tile, wood or upholstery. Tell the app what you do and everything else disappears.
- Go to Settings → Services Offered.
- Switch off any carpet method, hard surface, upholstery, or add-on you don't offer.
What happens when a service is off:
- It's hidden in every rate set (Standard and contract) and in the estimate builder.
- Its rates are kept. Turn it back on and they're still there.
- The recommended service plan uses only services you offer — for example, interim visits use Encapsulation only if it's on.
