Company profile and logo
Everything here prints on your proposals. Owners and admins edit it in Settings → Company Profile & Logo.
Letterhead
- Logo — tap to choose it from Photos. A wide logo on a transparent or white background looks best.
- Business name, address, phone, email, website — shown under your logo.
- License / insurance line — for example, "Licensed & insured · ID Contractor #RCE-12345".
- Accent color — headings, the total, and the bar under your letterhead.
Terms on every estimate
Payment terms, how long the estimate is good for, and anything else you want on every proposal. For example: Estimate valid 30 days. Payment due on completion. Thank you for your business!
Proposal wording
The standard Opening paragraph, How to prepare, and Not included text for every proposal. Each starts with Preflight's standard wording; tap to make it your own. In the opening paragraph, write [customer] and it becomes the customer's name. See Proposal wording.
Estimate plans
Square footage on plans (on by default) prints each room's square feet and a scale bar on the floor plan in proposals. Turn it off to show room names only, so your measurements can't be handed to a competitor. Each estimate can change this for itself.
Social media
Under Social Media, type your handles — just @zerorezboise or zerorezboise; the app makes the links (paste the full link for Google reviews). They print as Follow us at the bottom of every proposal and show on the online accept page.
