Add-ons and extra charges
Add-ons
Extra services on top of the cleaning — fiber protector, deep stain treatment, grout sealing, coatings. Each has:
- A rate per sq ft (residential add-ons can also be per room).
- Applies to — which surfaces. On an estimate, an add-on fills in the square feet of matching surfaces being cleaned.
- A Proposal description.
Extra charges (complications)
Job-level charges that aren't tied to a surface: Multiple Stories, Parking Challenges, Must Pay for Parking, No Freight Elevator, Portable Required, and so on. Each is a flat $ or a % of the services. Estimators switch them on per estimate.
