Key pickup reminders and the crew's BRING list

Keys

If a customer's entry method is Key pickup, booking a cleaning offers to also schedule key pickup the day before and key return the day after. Both go to the same crew at 9 am, for 15 minutes, team only (the customer isn't emailed).

You can also add one any time: customer → Key Reminder (app) or Key Pickup / Key Return (office page). The key tag and contact are copied into the notes.

Equipment for the crew (BRING)

On an estimate, Equipment for the Crew flags what isn't on the truck every day: extra hose (with feet), portable extractor, encap machine, ladder, stair tool, upholstery tool, tile tool, rotary machine, air movers, generator, cords, floor protection, signs and cones, spotters, wool-safe chemicals, plus a note.

It shows at the top of the job sheet as BRING. A customer can have Equipment This Site Always Needs, which fills in on every new estimate. Wool and woven condition charges add their equipment on their own.
