Estimating

Stairs, upholstery, add-ons and other charges

Stairs

Add Stair Flight — one flight per line. Pick the surface's service, enter the steps (or sets, residential) and the step width. Wider steps count as more than one. A split stair is a flight to the landing plus one up each side; add the landing as a floor area.

Upholstery

Add Upholstery Piece — pick the piece, how many, and seats (or feet) each, then check modifiers like Loose Cushions.

Add-ons

Add an Add-On — protector, stain treatment, sealing. It fills in the square feet (or rooms) of matching surfaces being cleaned; Use the matching sq ft on this estimate updates it after you change rooms.

Other lines

Add Custom Line for anything else, with any amount.

Extra charges

Switch on any that apply — Parking Challenges, No Freight Elevator, Multiple Stories…

Travel

The driving distance fills in from the customer's address. Type over the miles, Recalculate, or turn Charge travel off. Inside your free radius there's no fee.
