Choose rooms and what gets cleaned

Measure every surface on site — carpet and tile, all of it — so you can quote anything later. The estimate decides what's actually being cleaned.

Add rooms

1. Under Floors, tap Choose Rooms… and check the rooms.
2. Each room adds a line for each floor surface, using the sections you drew in Floor Surfaces: "Patron Waiting – Carpet", "Patron Waiting – Tile".
3. Rooms set to repeat (hotel rooms × 40) multiply their square feet.

New estimates start with carpet only: rooms come in with carpet on and other surfaces measured but off.

Estimating: whole surfaces at once

At the top of Floors, the Estimating pills show every surface on the estimate — All Carpet · 4,210 sq ft, All Tile · 610 sq ft.

• Tap one to clean that surface in every room, or skip it everywhere.
• A half-filled pill ("3 of 5") means some rooms have it on.
• Rooms you add later follow these choices.

Room by room

Each room shows a pill for each surface, like Carpet · Hot Water Extraction · 270 sq ft.

• Tap to clean or skip that surface in this room. Skipped surfaces keep their edits and cost nothing.
• Press and hold to change the service (Clean With), add a second way of cleaning it, or edit it.
• Swipe a room to remove it.
• Add Floor Area by Hand for an area you didn't measure.

Edit a line

Tap a line to change its name, service, surface or square feet (Reset to measured brings back the measurement), residential per-room options, a note under the line, or to type in a price.
