Measuring & Field Work
Tech scoreboard and My Numbers
Office web page → Scoreboard, or in the app: Jobs → My Numbers (techs) and Settings → Tech Scoreboard (owners and admins). Pick this week, last week, this month, last month or the last 90 days.
What's on it
- Days worked and Jobs done, from the time clock (Start / Finish), or from the cleaning appointment's crew when nobody clocked the job.
- Revenue, plus the Daily average and Job average. When two techs work a job, they share its revenue.
- Booked: what the job was sold for before the tech got there.
- Upsell and Upsell %: what the tech added on site, compared with what was booked.
- With add-on: the share of the tech's jobs where they added something.
- Dropped at service and Discounts, shown on their own lines.
- Extra jobs (next door) and, for Field Techs, Quotes sent and won.
How upsell is counted
Upsell is measured against what was booked, so a swap counts only the difference. The customer booked low moisture for $150 and the tech sold hot water extraction for $250: that's +$100 (67%), not +$250.
For that to work, when a tech takes something off the price (Change the Price… → Credit) they pick why:
- Swapped for another service: it nets against what they added.
- Customer didn't want it (they booked the couch, then skipped it): it shows as Dropped at service. It doesn't come off the tech's upsell unless the owner turns on Take customer drops off the tech's upsell.
- Discount or make-good: it comes off the tech's upsell.
Who sees what
Techs see their own numbers, the team's averages and their rank. Owners, admins, office staff and supervisors see everyone. On the Scoreboard page the owner can let techs see everyone's numbers.
