Measuring & Field Work
The crew job sheet
When an estimate is accepted (online, or saved as Accepted in the app) a job sheet is made for the crew. It shows The Price: each line and the total the customer was quoted, unless the company turned off Techs See Prices (Settings → Team). It also says whether the tech may change the price on site (see Price changes on site).
- Techs see every job on the Jobs tab.
- Everyone else sees them on the customer's screen under Crew Job Sheets.
What's on it
- The address (tap for directions), parking, and the site contact (tap to call).
- Getting In: door, lock box and garage codes (tap to reveal) and entry notes.
- What We're Cleaning: each area with its service and size, any line notes, and the maintenance plan visits if the customer took the plan. Sizes from a phone call are marked phone estimate — not measured.
- Crew Notes, Room by Room: notes marked Crew or Customer on each room, in the order the rooms were measured. Hazards show in red.
- Stairs and seating counts, and links to the floor plans and photos.
- How the customer was asked to prepare, and what's not included.
Keeping it current
The job sheet updates every time the accepted estimate is saved. Change a room or a service, save, and the crew sees the change.
