Room photos and notes
Room photos
On the customer's Photos & Video, each category has Take … Photo/Video and Choose from Library (pick up to 30 photos and videos at once; add notes afterward by tapping one). From a computer, use + Add Photos or Video on the office web page.
On a room's screen, Take Photo or Choose, then tag it: General, Stain, Pet / Odor, Traffic, Soil, Pre-existing Damage, Before, After. Add a note if it helps.
- Photos save on the phone and upload when there's signal.
- Press and hold a photo to delete it (estimators, office, admins and owners; techs can't delete photos).
- Estimators can put any photo in the proposal.
Site photos (parking, entrances) go in Photos & Video on the customer.
Notes
Add notes to a room or to a surface inside it. Each note has a kind — General, Access / Entry, Hazard / Safety, Pre-existing Damage, Furniture to Move, Customer Request, Pricing — and who sees it:
- Internal — estimators and owners.
- Crew — techs on the job (damage and furniture notes start here).
- Customer — printed on the proposal under the scope of work.
